More than a Children’s Story with Hal Price

We first met today’s guest when we were attending training for certification on becoming Passion Test facilitators, in Ft. Lauderdale, FL in January 2011. Then, we saw Hal at a Hidden Riches conference in San Diego in the fall of 2013

Our next intersection was in January 2014, for a 3-day, investing seminar with Phil Town and his Rule #1 coaching.

We’re looking forward to catching up with Hal Price to learn more about the heart-centered, service-oriented work he’s now doing in the world.

What we know of Hal’s newest work is that he’s a storyteller of “Heroic Heart Stories” on a mission to help children stay in touch with their special and creative selves.

Hal Price’s “Heroic Heart Series” brings together Hal’s childhood, his passion to spread more love in the world and his interest in writing and telling stories through his beautifully illustrated children’s books featuring a talking bear named, Eli.

Hal is the father of three purpose-driven children, a grandfather of two adorable little red-headed angels, and when he is not writing or speaking, he can be found walking and photographing the beach, salt marsh, and mountains of his new home in Carpentaria, California.

Topics Discussed:

  • Hal’s wake up call
  • How Hal’s mom influenced his life
  • Discovery through identity crises
  • The importance of story
  • The idea of Eli the Bear story
  • Hal’s writing habit
  • Nature walks for creativity
  • How Hal is manufacturing the bears
  • Collaborating with other creators
  • School systems using his book
  • The Bear Essentials of Life

“When I’m moving in nature I’m feeling the flow of life.”

About the author, Devani

Hey! I’m Devani, a multi-passionate creator who enjoys honing the craft of writing (mostly;)), photography, cooking, podcasting, learning about business, and growing brands. I co-host the iCreateDaily Podcast with LeAura Alderson (my mom), and co-own the iCreateDaily brand. I hope through the content and products we produce, you will be inspired to start, sustain, and succeed in your goals.

My non-business and artistic hobbies include: enjoying a good movie, discovering obscure but epic music, obsessing over The Beatles, and developing fictional stories in my head. My Maltese dog, Caspian, provides an insane amount of creative inspiration by just being his adorable self. #HeWokeUpLikeThat. 😉
